Jalen Hurts will miss the game against the Panthers with a blood clot in his calf.
The Eagles announced it on Thursday. Tanner McKee will start in his place.
Hurts was cleated in the calf on October 4 against the Rams.

Doctors in London said activity mattered. They cleared him for the Jaguars game.
He threw 21 of 40 passes for 220 yards and one touchdown. The Eagles lost 19-17.
A follow-up scan on Wednesday night showed movement in the small clot.
It sits in a vein near the skin. It is not the same as a deep vein clot.
McKee is 26. He has played six NFL games and thrown five touchdowns.
Hurts runs with the ball. McKee throws from the pocket.
