Kayem Foods recalled about 1.58 million pounds of meat. The food may have sat at unsafe temperatures.
The recall covers ready-to-eat meat and poultry. That means food you eat with no more cooking.
The list covers hot dogs, bacon, deli meat, sausages, turkey breast, and hams. It has more than 100 products.
The food was made from March 31 to October 7, 2026. Some packs have a long shelf life.
On October 1, a store said a delivery felt warm. Kayem found a warehouse cooler with temperature changes.
The agency gave the recall its highest level, Class I. Eating the food could cause serious harm.
Look for the codes M/P 7839, P 20935A, or M 9520 inside the USDA inspection mark.
Some of these foods last a long time. The agency fears some packs are still in homes.
Do not taste the food to test it. Throw it away or return it to the store.
According to Allrecipes, you can get a full refund. Keep your receipt if you have one.
No illnesses have been confirmed so far. But that does not make the food safe.
